O Christmas tree.....

Love the chili pepper lights from Granddad!

...still working on the video.

Working on it.

Trying to load up video. It's something I've been wanting to put up forever.

It might be a bit, but I'll get it up at some point tonight.

Here's a preview:
H. formed a band with A. and named their group "the spiders". H's improv is quite comical.
Now, it is possible that this is a case where the parents think that this is the funniest thing ever, and everyone looks on politely. Possibly. But I doubt it, since I'm soooo objective (wink-wink).

the fun, it keeps coming.

Rick and I have had strep. I so hope that A doesn't get it. (H has been on antibiotics this past week, so hopefully he'll be okay.)

Last final tonight (Calc).

Blog craziness to come tomorrow. I have some good stuff I've been wanting to put up. You'll like it. Promise.

Snow flakes '09

The prospect of snow is a huge event around here. H-U-G-E.
The possibility of an inch or two quickly dwindled and all we got was about 20 minutes worth of snow flurries. A. was fascinated with what snow might taste like. She walked around with her tongue stuck out for the entire time so that she could catch a flake. She said, "Oh! I love the taste of cold!" (And yes, bad mommy for letting her out in the elements, but I just had to do it! Besides, she's doing much better since the antibiotics!)

It was loud outside!!
We live nearby a school and the teachers must of let the kids out for a few minutes because we could hear about 400 students screaming at the top of their lungs in excitement about the snow.

Oh well, I guess snow angels and sleds will have to wait for another day. or year. ( :

really?.......REALLY??

Sigh.

I don't mean to always leave the grandparents hanging with long blog breaks, promise!

We went to the pediatrician today and A. has ' whooping cough'.

No joke.

She's had her shots!! I didn't know that you could still get it in this day and age. I ranked it up there with polio, measles, yellow fever....the stuff you get if you're a child of a hippie-mommy who refuses to vaccinate Junior....(and no offense to hippies out there).

In other important news, Happy Birthday to R!!!!

Also, it is COLD and they are talking S-N-O-W on Friday!!!! Possibly 1-2 inches!!! (Insert laughter of my midwest friends and inlaws here!!) ( :
H and A are so excited they can hardly stand it.
