I can't believe I fell for 2 of the most common parental rookie mistakes.
#1....don't pick up your child when they have a stomach ache thinking you can make it to a non-carpeted surface faster then they can heave-ho.
#2....don't run when they start spewing. Your goal is to freeze and decrease the area of puke projection!

Seriously, Hayden is doing better tonight. Just a 24 hour rock-your-world-fever/puke virus.
